All sales are final

- There are no refunds or returns for art or other items. We work hard to ensure all of our prints and products are made with top quality and can not be held responsible if an item is tarnished or damaged under your care.  Each item ordered is made special for you- we don’t store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.

Damages in shipping

- If an item is damaged by the carrier please contact us at maggiemadecreations@icloud.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of both the product and the packaging.

What's the difference between an original and a print?

- All originals are hand painted by Maggie and are 100% one of a kind. Our prints are high quality reproductions of those works. Each giclee/ print is hand embellished with paint/gold leafing, by Maggie as well. Even with prints, no 2 are identical! Prints are a great way to enjoy affordable artwork that will last a lifetime. Prints can also be customized.

Turn Around Time

- Turn around time on hats, apparel, and paper prints is 5-7 business days, and Giclee canvas prints TAT is generally 2-4 weeks. However, rush orders are available! Contact us directly at maggiemadecreations@icloud.com to coordinate rush orders. TAT on custom commissions vary.

Do you offer local pickup?

- We currently offer local pickup in Hattiesburg, Flowood, Oxford, and Mendenhall Mississippi. Select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout to avoid shipping costs. We will reach out to you once your order is placed to confirm the pickup address. Apparel is exempt from local pickup, as it is shipped by a 3rd party.

Do you offer wholesale?

- We wholesale and are always excited to partner with new retailers! *PLEASE NOTE* Wholesale pricing is only available to qualifying store with a valid resell license. Please email maggiemadecreations@icloud.com for inquiries.

 

If I order multiple items, do they all ship together?

- In some cases orders will arrive separately, sometimes in multiple packages, depending on the size of the artwork purchased. This is at no additional shipping cost to you! Hats and apparel are also sometimes shipped separately, as our apparel printing is done by Printify.
